During Customer Service using WhatsApp as a platform, the customer must execute many activities. Some of them require a user´s authentication.
That´s why SAP CDC-Gigya provides secure user authentication using OTP Code sending email or SMS to the customers.

In this video, I will provide the REST-API existents on SAP CIAM-Gigya to authenticate the users securely.

There are some customers which use Big Query as a data resource to consolidate millions of records, or just use it as an intermediate platform to replicate data for different targets.

Then, that´s where SAP CDP demonstrates the power of its platform, the connection between SAP Customer Data Platform and Google Big Query is native. It did not require any middleware, or interfaces, or enhancements. It just plugs and plays!!
